Trabant Cafe' was founded by Fritz Schneider, from Savannah, Georgia and his lovely wife Anca Alexandra on the outskirts of Iasi, Romania. The original interest in opening a bar in Romania had less to do with any capitalist endeavor as it did as just a way for the owners to enjoy a decent cocktail, cold beer and music that doesn't suck. Trabant Cafe' has flourished into an intriguing nightspot where locals and ex-pats mingle in a cozy and friendly setting.
